Lone guitar man Duke Box plays guitars, kazoo, percussion, sings and tells the rest of us we're rubbish

Sergeant Panic plays guitar, kazoo, percussion, programs drum machines and sings. When he's not doing any of the above he turns into a fish.

Count Basic plays bass, kazoos, keyboards, harmonica, sings and pretends he knows what's going on with the mixing desk.

Lew Siffer played guitar, shotguns, crossbows, air rifles, sung and disappeared off into Manchester shortly after we'd recorded our first set of 4 track stuff.

Videos

Well thanks to the wonders of modern (and somewhat ancient) technology you can now marvel at a rare historical document - video footage of the first ever Def-A-Kators gig filmed when we supported the Macc Lads at Presont Raiders way back in 1986. Listen to the announcer who thought we'd flown in from Holland, listen to the braying crowd (and wonder how they didn't string us up), listen to the terrible sound. What a gig !
